"Strut Your Style" for Community Breast Care Project

Today I was happy to give the invocation at the "Strut Your Style" Fashion Show to benefit Community Breast Care Project because I love fashion!  There was a full house, all dressed up and all joining together to support this worthy cause.

Please join us in prayer:

Dear Lord, 

Thank you for giving us the fun of fashion.  
Fashion gives us confidence.  It allows us to express ourselves.  Fashion is more than that.  
Fashion brings us all here today to celebrate survivors, 
reminds us all to get our screenings and our mammograms, 
and to support Community Breast Care Project.  

Be with us all as we strut our holiday style,
and lift each other up,
for those who can be here and for those who cannot,
and to know that you are with us 
every step of the way, or the "runway" today,
as we enjoy fashion, fellowship, friends and this meal.
